We want you to love your home. If a piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team or use our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Items

  Disassemble the furniture (if applicable) and pack it securely in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Our carrier will contact you within 3-5 business days to coordinate a convenient time for the return collection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping fees.
